The Grimke sisters – Angelina and Sarah- were natives of South Carolina. Because of their aversion to slavery, they chose to live their adult lives in northern states. The induction ceremony will be held October 2-4, 2015 in Seneca Falls, new York, the birthplace of women’s rights.
